The study is evaluating patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction and Non ST elevated myocardial infarctions treated with a drug eluding stent (preferably Synergy), to determine if the use of Colchicine and Spironolactone reduces major adverse cardiac events and new or worsening heart failure.
